FAQs

A few useful details before you choose your basket.

1. How do I choose the right basket for my space?
Start with where you plan to use it and what you want to store. Measure the available width, depth, and height, then compare those measurements with the product description. For shelves, leave enough room above the opening and around the handles to reach inside and remove the basket comfortably.

2. What is the difference between Soft Woven Storage and Natural Texture Storage?
Soft Woven Storage brings together soft-looking textiles, quiet tones, and relaxed shapes. Natural Texture Storage focuses on warm woven-look finishes and more defined silhouettes. These collection names describe a style direction; check the individual product description for the actual material and construction.

3. Are all woven-looking baskets made from natural fibers?
No. A woven appearance does not necessarily mean a basket is made from natural rattan, seagrass, or another plant fiber. Materials vary by item and may include textiles or synthetic woven components. Use the material description on the product page, rather than the collection name or photograph, to identify what a basket is made from.

4. Will a basket fit a standard cube organizer?
Cube organizers do not all have the same internal dimensions. Measure the actual opening, including any frame or door that reduces the usable space. Compare it with the basket's stated dimensions, and check whether the measurements include the handles or lid. If this is unclear, ask us before ordering.

5. How much can a basket hold?
Usable space depends on the basket's shape, opening, lining, and the items placed inside. External dimensions are not the same as internal capacity, especially for tapered or rounded designs. We do not promise a specific number of towels, blankets, or other items unless the product page explicitly provides that information.

6. Do all baskets come with a lid or liner?
No. Lids and liners are features of particular designs, not standard accessories across the collection. Check the description and included-items details for the basket you are considering. If you need a removable liner or a fitted lid, confirm that feature before purchasing.

7. Are the baskets sold individually or as a set?
Check the quantity stated in the product listing. A photograph showing several baskets together may illustrate different styles rather than a bundled set. Blankets, books, plants, furniture, and other styling accessories are not included unless expressly listed as part of the purchase.

8. Can I fold or nest a basket when it is not in use?
This depends on its construction. A soft appearance does not automatically mean a basket is designed to fold flat, and similar-looking baskets may not nest safely. Only fold, flatten, or nest a style when its product description or care instructions confirm that it is suitable. Do not force a structured rim or base into a different shape.

9. How should I clean my basket?
Follow the care instructions for the specific item, as rope, felt, fabric, and synthetic woven surfaces may require different care. Do not assume a basket or liner is machine washable because it looks like fabric. If cleaning instructions are missing or unclear, email us with the product name before using water, detergent, or heat.

10. Can I use a basket in a bathroom or outdoors?
Choose the location according to the product's stated care and use instructions. Unless a listing expressly confirms otherwise, do not assume a basket is waterproof, weather-resistant, or suitable for direct contact with wet surfaces. For bathroom storage, keep the basket and its contents dry and away from splashes.

11. Can I carry a full basket by its handles?
Handle construction and load suitability vary between designs. Handles should not be treated as a verified heavy-load rating. Avoid overfilling, distribute contents evenly, and support the base when moving a filled basket. Ask us before using a basket to carry heavy objects if no load guidance is provided.

12. Will the color look exactly like the photos?
Lighting, surrounding colors, and screen settings can affect how a shade appears. Compare the written color description with the product images when making your choice. This does not mean a materially different color or an incorrectly described item should be accepted as normal variation; contact us if something does not match the listing.

13. Can I use a basket for food or as a plant container?
Do not assume a storage basket is approved for direct food contact or designed to hold soil or water. For a plant display, use a separate watertight pot and saucer and keep moisture away from the basket. Choose a different container if the intended use is not supported by the product instructions.

14. Can you help me compare two baskets before I order?
Yes. Email support@syrinxhebeacfe.com with the product names or links, the measurements of your space, and a brief description of what you want to store. Syrinx Hebeacfe can help clarify the information available for each item so you can make a more informed choice.
